Sanctuary Facilities Request Form

Please fill out this form with plenty of advance notice so that it can be properly processed. Reservations can be made no more than 6 months out - except for weddings and large paying events. Preference will be given to partners of SCC, ministry directly impacting SCC members, Covenant churches, ministries which align with our vision and mission, and Northside organizations.
